Your ISP DNS may be stale, a firewall may block it or your router cache is old. Try mobile data, or change your DNS to 1.1.1.1.

What does a 503 error mean?

The server is overloaded or in maintenance. On shared hosting this often means a resource limit was hit. Consider a bigger plan or a VPS.
