WooCommerce stores built the way Pakistani customers actually buy: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer and Cash on Delivery set up, TCS, Leopards and M&P courier integrations wired to your own accounts, a checkout that works on a phone, and tax invoicing you can hand to your accountant. From PKR 49,000 one-time, with the source code yours and a free .com or .pk domain for two years.
eCommerce website development in Pakistan starting at PKR 60,000 for a WooCommerce store with custom design, JazzCash/EasyPaisa/PayFast integration, courier integrations (TCS, Leopards, M&P), product catalogue, payment gateway setup and SEO. Built for Pakistani retailers in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Sialkot. Includes 1-year hosting and 30-day support.
Built around how people here actually shop: on a phone, often on mobile data, and usually choosing cash on delivery. Everything below is set up before handover rather than left as a plugin list for you to work through.
Most of your customers will arrive on a phone, often on a slow connection. Thumb-sized buttons, lazy-loaded product images and a checkout that does not make them scroll through five screens.
Both gateways integrated and tested with real transactions before launch. You will need your own merchant accounts with them, and we walk you through that paperwork rather than leaving you to it.
Set as the default, because it is still what most buyers choose. Order confirmation by SMS or WhatsApp before dispatch, which is the cheapest way to cut down on fake orders.
TCS, Leopards and M&P connected to your own courier accounts, so you book shipments from the dashboard, the customer gets a tracking number automatically, and COD amounts reconcile against orders.
Stock tracking, low-stock alerts, size and colour variants, and bulk upload by CSV. A shirt in four sizes and five colours counts as one product, not twenty.
An order button that opens WhatsApp with the cart already written out. A lot of Pakistani buyers would rather message you than fill in a checkout form, and this catches them instead of losing them.
Product schema so listings can show price and stock in search results, a Google Merchant feed, an SEO plugin configured properly, per-product titles and descriptions, breadcrumbs and speed tuning.
Invoices laid out the way the revenue authorities expect, with GST and FED handled, plus sales reports and order history you can export for filing. If your business needs certified integration with an authority’s live invoicing system, tell us which one and we will confirm in writing what that involves.
One-time payment, lifetime ownership, full source-code handover. Every package includes a free .com or .pk domain for two years and JazzCash gateway setup. Hosting is bought separately and we will recommend the right plan once we know your expected order volume. Not sure which tier fits? Send us your product count and the couriers you use, and we will tell you.

Up to 100 products · SMB
Up to 500 products · growing

Discovery to launch in 10 to 21 days depending on tier, with daily WhatsApp updates from your designer in Karachi and no costs that appear later.
Your products, pricing, customers, which couriers you use and which payment methods you want. We write the scope down before anything starts.
Storefront mockup in Figma covering brand colours, product photography guide and mobile layout. You sign off before any code is written.
WooCommerce setup, products uploaded, payment and courier APIs wired in, security hardening (Wordfence + 2FA), LiteSpeed cache + image compression.
Real orders placed end to end: a JazzCash payment, a courier booking, the customer SMS, the email notifications and the admin dashboard, all checked before you go live.
The store goes live, analytics and Search Console are set up, and you get admin access, documentation and a 30-minute session on running orders day to day.
Ours run from PKR 49,000 for a starter store with 25 products and cash on delivery plus one gateway, through PKR 99,000 for 100 products with all the Pakistani gateways and a courier integration, PKR 199,000 for 500 products with three couriers and a bilingual storefront, up to PKR 349,000 and above for unlimited products with ERP or POS integration. Every package includes a free .com or .pk domain for two years. Hosting is separate.
It depends on how you sell. WooCommerce suits most Pakistani stores because it is a one-time cost, local gateways like JazzCash and EasyPaisa integrate without extra apps, invoices can be laid out for local tax requirements, and you own everything with no lock-in. Shopify is genuinely better if you are selling internationally, want somebody else handling updates and security, or would rather pay monthly than up front. We will tell you honestly which fits after we hear what you are selling.
Worth working out before you decide, and it is not just the build price. Budget for hosting, for a domain renewal from year three, and for changes as your catalogue grows. Against a subscription platform charging monthly plus a percentage of every order, a one-time build usually wins once your order volume is meaningful. Against a subscription for a small store doing a handful of orders a week, it often does not. Ask us to run both numbers with you rather than taking either side's word for it.
Yes. JazzCash and EasyPaisa merchant APIs, bank transfer, cash on delivery with order confirmation before dispatch, and card payments for overseas buyers. Starter includes one gateway; Business and above include all of them. One thing to plan for: the gateways require your own merchant account, which involves paperwork on your side. We guide you through it, but we cannot open it for you and it is worth starting early.
Yes, all three. Shipments book from your dashboard, tracking numbers go to the customer automatically, and COD amounts reconcile against orders. Same caveat as the gateways: the courier APIs run on your own account with each courier, so you will need those set up. Daewoo, PostEx and BlueEx can be added on request.
Starter covers 25, Business 100, Premium 500 and Enterprise has no limit. The first upload is on us: send an Excel or CSV with details and images and we load it. After launch you add products yourself through the admin. Variants do not count separately, so a shirt in four sizes and five colours is one product, not twenty.
The groundwork is included: product schema so listings can show price and stock in results, a Google Merchant feed, an SEO plugin configured properly, clean URLs, breadcrumbs and speed tuning. Premium and Enterprise add category optimisation and keyword research. Worth being clear that this is the foundation, not a ranking service. Competing for busy product terms needs ongoing content and links, which we quote separately.
By default you provide both, because you know your products. If you would rather not, photography is available in Karachi and Lahore at a per-photo rate that drops for larger batches, and we write product descriptions at a per-product rate. Premium and Enterprise include descriptions for up to ten products. Ask us for current rates when you scope the project.
Yes, from Shopify, Daraz, OpenCart, Magento or a custom PHP store. Products, categories, customer accounts, order history, reviews and images all come across. Cost depends on the source platform and how clean the data is, so we quote it after looking. For a site that is not a store, see website migration.
Not from us. Our model is one payment for the build and nothing per order after that. Your payment gateways will charge their own percentage under whatever merchant agreement you sign with them, and cash on delivery has no gateway fee, only the courier's charge. Those rates are between you and them, so check the current numbers when you open the accounts.
A store needs more than a brochure site, particularly once orders and product images build up. Our eCommerce hosting is tuned for WooCommerce and is where most new stores start, and cloud hosting is the step up once traffic grows. We will recommend a tier based on your expected order volume rather than selling you the biggest one. You own the code, so you can host it anywhere that runs cPanel.
You do. Source code, database, admin access and the domain all transfer to you at handover. There is no proprietary builder you would have to rebuild away from, and if you want to move to another developer later you can, without asking us.
