cPanel migration service in Pakistan for single accounts, WHM reseller migrations and full server-to-server transfers. Uses native cPanel pkgacct and WHM Transfer Tool for 100% accurate moves including files, databases, emails, cron jobs and SSL certificates. Free on annual plans, PKR 2,000 per account standalone.
A single cPanel account or a full WHM server, moved with cPanel's own Transfer Tool. Files, databases, mailboxes, SSL certificates, DNS zones, cron jobs and account settings all come across in one verified archive. Standard is PKR 1,999 per account. White Label, for agencies and resellers who need the handoff to be anonymous, is PKR 4,999. Free with annual HostingWalay hosting.

From the files down to your custom 404 page, the WHM Transfer Tool recreates the whole account state on the destination server and verifies the archive against its manifest. There is no partial migration here: either the account comes across cleanly or we do not cut over.
A per-account base fee, a bulk rate for extra accounts, or a flat add-on for a whole WHM server. One-time, nothing recurring. Standard suits direct customers. White Label is for resellers, agencies and IT consultancies whose client should never see anybody else's logo on the handover.

You give us access to the source server and we run the official WHM Transfer Tool end to end, with WhatsApp updates from your Karachi engineer as each stage finishes. Our commitment is under 24 hours for a single account, and under 48 for a full WHM server or a bundle of five or more.
Message us and we will tell you the least access that will do the job. A scoped WHM API token is our preferred route for the snapshot stage, and for a single account, cPanel credentials for that account alone are usually enough. We confirm scope, count the accounts and start the clock the same business day.
The Transfer Tool pulls each account into a .cpmove archive with a manifest: files, databases, mailboxes, DNS zones, SSL, cron jobs, .htaccess rules and the PHP version all captured together. Your source server is not modified at any point.
The archives are restored on the destination WHM. Each account is recreated with its original username, AutoSSL is re-issued, DNS zones are imported and mailboxes come back with their IMAP history intact. This is the real environment, not a sandbox.
Files, database tables and mailbox counts are checked against the source manifest. Each restored account opens on a preview URL so you can test WordPress, Magento, WooCommerce, checkout flows and admin logins yourself. We do not touch DNS until you have signed off.
We lower your DNS TTL to 300 seconds a day beforehand, then flip the records and re-issue SSL on the destination. Both servers keep serving through propagation. The write-freeze during the final sync is typically under five minutes, and inbound mail keeps flowing because the MX records are sequenced rather than swapped.
Most migration help in Pakistan comes bundled with a hosting purchase, which is fine until you do not want to switch hosts. Our rate is published up front: Standard PKR 1,999 and White Label PKR 4,999 per account, or free if you are taking annual hosting with us anyway.
We use cPanel's own built-in migration tooling rather than a script somebody wrote in-house. The archive manifest is verified on restore, and file counts, database tables and mailbox counts are checked against the source before we go anywhere near DNS.
TTL is lowered to 300 seconds a day before cutover, so the write-freeze during the final sync is typically under five minutes. Mail keeps arriving throughout, because MX records are sequenced rather than swapped in one go.
One named engineer in Karachi handles the whole move, rather than a ticket queue passing it around. Urdu, English or Roman Urdu, with WhatsApp updates as each stage finishes.
The move runs from a .cpmove archive, restored on the destination and checked on a preview URL before DNS changes. Your source server is never modified, so if anything fails verification, rolling back means reverting a single DNS record.
Free with any annual HostingWalay hosting plan. As a standalone job, Standard is PKR 1,999 per cPanel account, with PKR 1,499 for each additional account, or a flat PKR 9,999 add-on to move an entire WHM server with unlimited accounts on it. White Label, for resellers and agencies who need an anonymous handoff with branded reports and an NDA, is PKR 4,999 per account. It is a one-time fee with nothing recurring.
Website migration is platform-agnostic. We move files, databases and mailboxes by hand regardless of what the source runs, whether that is Plesk, DirectAdmin, a plain LAMP stack or something custom. cPanel migration is cheaper and faster because both ends run cPanel, so the official WHM Transfer Tool can move the entire account state, including settings, cron jobs, DNS zones and AutoSSL bindings, in one verified archive. If your source is cPanel, this is the right one.
It is free with us too, if you are taking annual hosting. This standalone version exists for a different situation: you want a clean cPanel-to-cPanel move but you are not changing hosting provider, or you are moving onto your own server, or you are an agency handling a client's migration. In those cases you are buying engineer time directly rather than buying a hosting plan you did not want.
One account is PKR 1,999. For two to five accounts, such as a small reseller setup or an agency portfolio, it is PKR 1,999 plus PKR 1,499 for each extra, so five accounts comes to PKR 7,995. For a full WHM server with any number of accounts on it, add the PKR 9,999 flat fee to the base, making PKR 11,998. Past fifty accounts on one server, message us and we will quote it properly rather than guess.
Under 24 hours for a single account, and under 48 for a full WHM server or a bundle of five or more. Small accounts under 2 GB often finish in four to eight hours. If you need it same day, tell us in advance and we will quote the expedited rate before you commit.
Less than you might expect, and we will always take the narrowest option that works. For the snapshot stage a scoped WHM API token is enough and is what we prefer. For a single account, cPanel credentials for that account alone will do. Full root is only needed for some whole-server moves, and if that is the case we will say so and explain why. Whatever you share, change it once the migration is signed off. Any provider who asks for root when a token would do is not being careful with your server.
Your source server stays live throughout. We lower DNS TTL to 300 seconds a day before cutover, and once you have signed off on the preview URL, a final delta sync runs with a write-freeze that is typically under five minutes. DNS then flips and both servers serve during propagation, while MX sequencing keeps inbound mail arriving. We do not claim absolutely zero downtime, because that would not be true. We claim that your visitors will not notice, and the method above is why.
Nothing changes on your side. The source server is never modified, the restore happens on the destination, and DNS only moves after you have tested the preview URL yourself. If a check fails, we fix it on the destination and show you again. In the worst case, rolling back means reverting one DNS record, which is the whole reason we work this way round.
Yes, though it is a different job. The WHM Transfer Tool cannot be used end to end across control panels, so files, databases and mailboxes are extracted and the account structure is rebuilt on the destination by hand. That extra work starts at PKR 3,999 per account and we will quote your specific case on WhatsApp. If the destination runs Plesk, our Plesk licence includes free installation and hardening.
No. This is deliberately a standalone service. We will move you onto your own server, onto another provider, or onto us, and the price is the same either way. If you do end up taking annual hosting with us, the migration becomes free, but that is your choice to make after the move rather than a condition of it.
